Psychological Safety for Creativity and Innovation

According to Harvard psychologist, Amy Edmondson, an organisation with high levels of psychological safety has “an atmosphere where team members can freely speak up with concerns, bad news or ideas without a fear of being shut down, blamed or humiliated”.

Further research (Google & Gallup) has found psychological safety more than anything else to be critical to making a team successful and high performing.
